Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch Methi leaves


  • 2 cup besan


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon dry coriander and cumin seeds powder


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic and green chilli paste


  • 1 onion


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida


  • 1/4 teaspoon soda powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar


  • 2 cup oil

Directions

  • Clean, wash and chopped methi leaves.
  • Peel and finely chopped onion.
  • Take one bowl add besan, methi leaves, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder, ginger garlic and green chilli paste, salt,sugar, asafoetida, eating soda mixed all together add water and make pakoda batter.
  • Keep one frying pan on flame add oil to fry. Let the oil heated now take small amounts of batter and put in the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Fry all pakoda and serve hot with masala tea.
