Take one bowl add besan, methi leaves, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder, ginger garlic and green chilli paste, salt,sugar, asafoetida, eating soda mixed all together add water and make pakoda batter.
Keep one frying pan on flame add oil to fry. Let the oil heated now take small amounts of batter and put in the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
